FEES POLICY FOR THE YEAR 2011-2012

Registration Fees:
Registration fee for the academic year 2011-2012 is 3,000 Baht. Completed registration form and all the documents must be submitted to the admissions office prior to placement test and admission interview. This fee is non-refundable.
Admission Fees:
All new student entering MISB are required to pay a one time admission fee of 51,000 Baht. This Fee is a non-refundable, payment upon initial enrollment of a student.
Development Fees:
This fund shall be used towards campus development. The fee is waived for students entering Nursery to Year 2 for the academic year 2011-2012 and for Year 3 onwards the development fee is 35,000 baht and should be paid upon initial enrollment of a student. This is a one-time non-refundable payment.
Payment Schedule:
Tuition fees for all students are due and payable into 2 equal installments. Below is a payment timetable for the school year 2011-2012
1st Installment: Early years
Primary School
Secondary School & A'Level
 18th -19th July 2011
20th -22nd July 2011
25th -27th July 2011
2nd Installment: All classes: 1st December 2011
**NOTE** Books and uniform can be purchased only after Tuition fee has been paid
Timely payment of Fees:
All fees must be paid during the given payment schedule. A later payment charge of 100 Baht per day will be imposed on late tuition fees payment. If a cheque is returned unpaid, a 500 Baht charge will be added to the invoice and the total amount has to be cleared within a week.
Family Discount:
Family discount on Admission/Development and Tuition fee is offered to families that have more than one child enrolled at MISB and who are enrolling more than 1 child. The children must be of the same parents. The discount shall be as follows:
First child : No Discount
Second child : 10,000 Baht on Tuition Fees
5,000 Baht on Admission Fees and 5,000 Baht on Development Fees
10% Discount on Transportation
Third child or more : 15,000 baht on Tuition Fees
5,000 baht on Admission Fees and 5,000 baht on Development Fees
20% Discount on Transportation

    • Bank Transfer to the school account. Please fax the pay-in slip to school at 02-258-8219 with the student name, class        and ID

Late Enrollment:
Tuition Fees shall be prorated for enrollment of less than a full semester by applying the following conditions:
Joined in the Month of Percentage to be paid
August-September 100% of the 1st term fees
October 80% of the 1st term fees

**For new students joining in 2nd term of the academic year, the fees payable is 60% of the Annual fees.
Withdrawal Policy:
Written notice of 30 days prior to formal withdrawal is required. The student will be required to sign the School clearance form and clear all obligations with the school before leaving.
Refund Policy:
Registration fee, Development fee, Admission fee, Books and Uniform are non-refundable. Tuition fee, Transportation, Food and Snacks are refunded based on the following conditions:

Re-admission:
Students who leave the School and wish to join back within a year; the Admission and Development fee would be 50% of the total fee.
